Aaron Rodgers is looking to bring the Pittsburgh Steelers on a long playoff run and add a second Super Bowl title to his list of career achievements during the 2025 NFL playoffs.
Achieving such a goal would mark the second time over the last calendar year the 42-year-old has added a ring to his collection over the last calendar year.
Rodgers revealed at Steelers minicamp in June he had been married during the 2025 NFL offseason before signing with the team.
“Been a couple of months,” Rodgers said while confirming to reporters he was, in fact, wearing a wedding ring.
Rodgers had previously indicated during an April appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show” he was “in a serious relationship.” He also revealed during that same interview he had delayed a decision about his NFL future due to personal matters.
It wasn’t clear whether the quarterback’s wedding was part of that equation, but the veteran explained to McAfee that he had “people in my inner circle battling difficult stuff.”
While many have naturally been curious about Rodgers’ spouse, he has declined to provide any additional information about to whom he is married. Here’s the extent of what the Steelers quarterback has revealed across his first season in Pittsburgh.
Who is Aaron Rodgers’ wife?
Rodgers hasn’t yet revealed the identity of his wife and has noted he may not ever do so. He has explained that his wife “is a private person” and doesn’t have a desire to live life in the public eye, in interviews with Pat McAfee.
That may be why the 42-year-old quarterback hasn’t appeared with his wife at any point during the 2025 NFL season. It would also explain why he has sparingly mentioned her, save for a recent media availability during which he said he would discuss with his wife whether to play in the 2026 NFL season.
Before acknowledging his marriage, Rodgers had last mentioned having a significant other during a December 2024 appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show.”
Rodgers said during the appearance her name was “Brittani,” clarifying she spelled her name with an “I.”
Rodgers has not clarified whether she is the woman he married during the 2025 offseason.

Rodgers has had several other relationships during his NFL career that were decidedly in the public eye. That included dalliances with actress Olivia Munn, NASCAR driver Danica Patrick and actress Shailene Woodley, to whom he was briefly engaged.
Rodgers lamented in the Netflix series “Aaron Rodgers: Enigma” how public those relationships were.
“I didn’t do myself any favors with some of the girls I dated after that that were in the public eye,” Rodgers said.
That may explain why he has kept relatively quiet about his current marriage.
