All The Upsets From Week 11 Of The 2025-26 NCAA Season

Dual meet season is here, and the upsets continue to roll in! Here are all the upsets we could find from Week 11 of the 2025-26 NCAA D1 college wrestling season!

Week 10 Rankings | Upsets: Week 10 |Week 8 | Week 7 | Week 6 | Week 5 | Week 4| Week 3 | Week 2 | Week 1

Please note that there were no wrestling competitions in week 9 of the 2025-26 NCAA D1 college wrestling season, hence there is no upset article for week 9 of the 2025-26 NCAA D1 college wrestling season.

All the usual caveats apply. What look like upsets strictly according to the rankings in week 10 may not look like upsets by the end of the year, or even by week 11!

Upsets That Really Probably Aren’t Upsets

141: Luke Stanich, Lehigh over #5 Vince Cornella, Cornell 5-4

157: Ethen Miller, Virginia Tech over #16 Dylan Evans, Pittsburgh 4-2

133: Ryan Crookham, Lehigh over #21 Tyler Ferrara, Cornell 7-3

These three ‘upsets’ featured unranked winners that would have been ranked if not for extenuating circumstances.

Stanich and Crookham were out of action due to injury until this weekend. As former All-Americans, however, they would have been ranked had they returned to the mat earlier.

Prior to last weekend, Ethen Miller’s only matches this season were at 149, and our rankers had him out of the starting Hokie lineup. Now that he’s up at 157, expect to see Miller back in the rankings.

Double Digit Upsets

141: Gable Porter, Virginia over #8 Ryan Jack, NC State 4-2

141: Jordan Soriano, Drexel over #9 Cory Land, Northern Iowa 10-8

157: Kai Owen, Columbia over #13 DJ Mcgee, George Mason Fall 4:17

197: Steven Burrell Jr., Virginia over #21 Patrick Brophy, NC State 11-8

133: #23 Sean Spidle, Northwestern over #12 Braxton Brown, Maryland 4-2

165: e’Than Birden, Ohio State over #24 Tyler Lillard, Indiana 2-1

184: #21 Christian Hansen, Cornell over #19 Rylan Rogers, Lehigh 7-3

197: Cason Howle, NC State over #33 Wolfgang Frable, Army West Point 3-2 TB

157: #3 (149) Kaleb Larkin, Arizona State over #2 Ty Watters, West Virginia 4-2
