Unlike many governments, Australia has taken an active interest in blockchain technology. Released in February of 2020 by Hon Karen Andrews MP, Minister for Industry, Science, and Technology, the National Blockchain Roadmap details how the Australian Government intends to explore the technology’s potential. At the same time, businesses and individuals in cities like Melbourne and Sydney play host to private sector innovation, as well as growing communities of Ethereum developers.
