With all the couples already paired up by the public, it was up to Scott to cast his eye across the new couples.
But he soon caused a ruckus in the villa with his comments.
When asked by Maya which boys were “no good” for their girls, Scott said: “It is an All Star girl line up but in the end couple I can only see one All Star there.”
Scott was referring to Belle and Sean and insisted that Sean was one of the “worst Islanders” he had ever seen.
Sean was left taken aback as he hit back and said: “How many finals did you make?”
To which Scott said: “How many shows have I been on?”
Even host Maya was left shocked as the pair continued to trade swipes at one another.
Ahead of entering the villa this evening, Scott said: “I think I’ve been on a journey for the last two and half years and I’ve always had in my head that All Stars is the final chapter of that journey.
“That’s all I’m missing so it would be nice to find something real and find someone to care about.”
He went on to further say: “I think my dating life has been pretty publicised, I’ve done three shows and I’ve been to two different continents but I’ve always wanted to come home.
“Love Island is home to me and I’ve always wanted to complete the full circle.
“After this I am truly retired, I can confidently say I will be truly retired.”
