Matt Prater was once a star kicker for the Denver Broncos.
These days, he’s still kicking, more than a decade later. And he’s doing it for the Buffalo Bills, who are in Denver on Saturday for an AFC Divisional Round game.
Prater had a storied Broncos career, including the field goal that was, at the time, the longest in NFL history.

The longest field goal of Matt Prater’s career is 64 yards.
It came in 2013 while playing in the thin air for the Denver Broncos.
That was an incredible season for Prater in a potent offense. He got the chance to be a perfect 75-for-75 on extra points.
NFL’s all-time longest field goals
Prater’s kick stood as the longest in the NFL for eight years.
It’s now tied for fifth.
