EXCLUSIVE: Married couple Efe and Kevin are within touching distance of winning half a million pounds on ITV’s Limitless Win as they tackle a question about Nirvana’s Nevermind album

A married couple taking part in Ant and Dec’s Limitless Win this weekend face a nerve-racking question about Nirvana which left the TV audience on the edge of their seats.
If Efe and Kevin get the question about the band’s iconic album Nevermind correct, they are guaranteed to win at least half a million pounds on the ITV show.
And it means they also have the chance to continue in the game and potentially become one of the series’ biggest-ever winners. The Geordie hosts can barely look at their Limitless Ladder when the answer is revealed. Ant gasps: “Oh my goodness!”

On Sunday’s episode of Limitless Win, Efe and Kevin from London – who have a daughter and twins – admit they have come on the show to land big money.
Kevin says: “We want to go big. We are only here once. We are thinking £1.5million. The biggest prize in game show history? Shall we? We are either going to go big or go home.”
The couple – who have been married eight years – sail through the early rounds answering questions including ones about Rihanna and Corrie’s Tracy Barlow.
But when they are within reach of hitting the £500,000 mark, they are faced with the question: “September 2026 marks how many years since the release of the Nirvana album Nevermind which features a baby underwater on the cover.”
Kevin immediately feels confident as he leaps in and says: “It was 1991. One hundred per cent. So 35 years. This was my youth. I used to head-bang back when I had hair to bang around. I am confident. When I was a teenager my mum used to say to me ‘Why are you wasting your time on this rubbish?’ but I love music and I love Nirvana.”
Asked what they would do with the money if they won big, management consultant Efe says: “I was born in Nigeria. We haven’t been able to take our children there. I would love the opportunity to fly them all there. I can just imagine them running off the plane and meeting my grandma. It would be amazing.”
Restaurant area manager Kevin adds: “I have got a passion to maybe one day open my own restaurant. It is always something that I have wanted to do.”

Once they lock in the answer, a nervous Dec says: “You have locked in your answer. Are you still going to be in the game?”
Viewers will find out on the ITV show at 8pm on Sunday if the couple find their own “nirvana” – an ideal state or space – by banking the money. They must then decide whether to risk carrying on up the Limitless Ladder to get even more.
