Will the real Guy Fieri please stand up?

The TV chef debuted a brand-new look on his Instagram as he celebrated his 58th birthday, ditching his signature bleach blonde hair and dark goatee for a flat brown hairstyle and clean shave.
He’s also dressed in a checkered button-down shirt and khaki pants, forgoing his usual flame-themed bowling shirts and chains.
“Hey there! After so many years of celebrating my birthday as Guy, I figured this year I’d celebrate it as just a guy. Happy birthday to me!” he said in the video before blowing out some candles on his birthday cake.
The caption on the post simply says, “New Year. New Guy. New Look.”
Fieri even went as far as changing his profile picture on his account to the toned-down new look.
The “Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives” host’s new look amused his son Hunter, who wrote in a comment, “Dad when did you start selling insurance?”

He also reposted a shot from the video, writing, “Happy Birthday to the Mayor! Love you dad/just a Guy.”
It’s highly unlikely the look is a permanent change for the star, as it appears to have been made with AI. There’s also the possibility that the makeover is for an upcoming Super Bowl commercial, but no word or confirmation of that—yet.
Fieri has been committed to his normal looks since before he appeared on TV.
“People think I got tattoos and bleached my hair because I was going to be on TV,” he told People in 2022. “I made those great decisions before I got here.”
