Several Valley grocery stores to close early on Sunday

Some grocery stores in the Mahoning Valley and Shenango Valley will be experiencing reduced hours ahead of wintry weather predicted across the region.

Some grocery stores in the Mahoning Valley and Shenango Valley will be experiencing reduced hours ahead of wintry weather predicted across the region.
The following grocery stores will see early closures on Sunday, January 25:
- ALDI, 3435 Niles Cortland Road SE, Warren. Will not open until noon.
- ALDI, 2909 E State Street, Hermitage
- Nemenz IGA, 655 Creed Street, Struthers. Closing at noon
- Save A Lot, 982 5th Street, Struthers. Closing at noon
- Save A Lot, 2998 McCartney Road, Youngstown
- Save A Lot, 787 Fairfield Avenue, Columbiana. Closing at noon
- Save A Lot, 110 South Water Avenue, Sharon. Closing at noon
- All Giant Eagle and Market District locations are closing at 4 p.m.
These early closures and late openings come at a time when several events and church services have been canceled. Some communities have also enacted temporary warming centers for those in need of heat.
