Rams announce 2 roster moves for NFC Championship vs. Seahawks

The Los Angeles Rams will take on the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field on Sunday for a chance to move on to the Super Bowl.
Ahead of the NFC Championship battle, the Rams have brought up defensive end Larrell Murchison and linebacker Elias Neal from their practice squad.
Murchison, 28, joined the Rams in 2022 and re-signed on a one-year deal this past offseason. He appeared in 16 games for Los Angeles this year, playing 12% of the team’s defensive snaps and recording eight tackles, three quarterback hits and two sacks.
Neal, 24, joined the Rams as an undrafted free agent in 2024 out of Marshall. He appeared in two regular-season games this season, playing only on special teams. He was also brought up for last week’s battle with the Chicago Bears, recording three tackles.
