Two crashes have closed part of the A14 in Northamptonshire, close to the junction of the M1 and M6.
The road has been shut in both directions between the Catthorpe Interchange and junction two for Kelmarsh.
National Highways said two lorries and a van were involved in one of the crashes on the eastbound side.
Traffic is unable to join the A14 from the motorways, according to travel system Inrix. Emergency services, including Northamptonshire Police, are at the scene.
