Seychelles by Abadeen where every apartment opens to a view

Seychelles, at Brighton Le Sands, is one of the few projects Abadeen has developed outside of the Lower North Shore and their first in Sydney’s southern beaches.

Ninety per cent of Abadeen’s Seychelles project has already sold and residents are now moving in, but the Sydney developer has saved the best until last.

Two three-bedroom penthouses crowning the 36-apartment Brighton-Le-Sands development have just been released to market for the first time. And four more three-bedroom units are also available.

The bold brick facade development by Jasara Constructions rises behind the heritage Saywell Terraces, a row of five heritage-listed homes built in the 1890s by Thomas Saywell – the original developer of Brighton Le Sands.

The apartments rise behind the heritage Saywell Terraces, a row of five heritage-listed homes.

Each apartment has natural stone kitchens, warm timber joinery, and spacious open plan layouts spilling out onto private terraces.

On one of the last absolute beachfront sites of The Grand Parade directly opposite Brighton Le Sands Beach, Seychelles is a fusion of old world architecture and contemporary design along one of Australia’s most famous bays.

Justin Brown, executive chairman and founder of Abadeen, said Seychelles represents a significant modern milestone for Brighton Le Sands.

“Seychelles is spectacular in every sense,” he says.

“It occupies one of Sydney’s most breathtaking beachfront positions, where every residence opens to an endless blue horizon.”

The project is one of the few projects Abadeen has developed outside of the Lower North Shore, and their first in Sydney’s southern beaches.

The remaining apartments have three bedrooms.

“What makes this project truly special is the way it connects contemporary architecture with its coastal setting and the area’s heritage.

“The historic Saywell Terraces have been carefully restored and reimagined, standing proudly at the forefront of the development, while the glass and brick apartment building behind them captures the reflection of the ocean through its soft, sculptural curves.”

Each apartment has natural stone kitchens, warm timber joinery, deluxe bathrooms and spacious open plan layouts spilling out onto private terraces. The floor-to-ceiling glazing frames panoramic water views uniquely capturing both the sunset and sunrise from levels four to 11.

Residents have access to a ground floor barbecue entertaining area, as well as a rooftop barbecue entertainment space and lounge.

Deluxe bathrooms, including a tub.

“It is exceptionally rare to find a brand-new home in Brighton Le Sands that brings together this level of craftsmanship, position and serenity directly on the water’s edge,” says Mr Brown.

Within easy walking distance, Seychelles sits opposite The Brighton Hotel and is close to popular cafés, a global palate of fine dining restaurants, parklands and swimming beaches while being approximately 20 minutes from the CBD and airport.
