Auburn, Ole Miss women’s basketball game moved from Oxford to Birmingham due to inclement winter weather

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – An upcoming women’s basketball matchup between Auburn and Ole Miss has been moved to Birmingham due to the winter weather.
The SEC announced Thursday that the game between the Tigers and Rebels, originally scheduled for Feb. 1 in Oxford, will now be played Monday, Feb. 2 at Legacy Arena.
The conference says doors will open at 5 p.m., with free admission to the public, before tip-off at 6 p.m.
Auburn – Ole Miss is the second game to be moved to Legacy Arena in the last week. Ole Miss’ game vs. Vanderbilt, originally scheduled for Thursday night, will now be played in Birmingham Friday, Jan. 30 due to the winter weather in Oxford, Mississippi.
