Heavyweight boxer loses hair during fight, throws toupee in crowd

Jarrell Miller went viral on the undercard of Teofimo vs. Stevenson at Madison Square Garden, but not for his boxing abilities.

The heavyweight entered the ring to take on Kingsley Ibeh for his first match since a majority draw versus Andy Ruiz Jr. in 2024, and Ibeh’s punches ended up knocking his hair off his head midway through the match.

Miller went to his corner after the round ended and decided to throw the toupee to the crowd.

Fans went crazy at MSG, and the scene went viral online. WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman eventually found the toupee in the crowd.

The Miller vs. Ibeh fight opened the undercard of the DAZN pay-per-view. In the end, the toupee falling off Miller’s head was the most exciting moment of the 10-round contest. The heavyweight duo went the distance and Miller was awarded the victor via split decision.
