For the first time couples can tie-the-knot at Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion, but brace yourselves for the scary price tag

Couples can now experience a real-life Disney fairytale wedding, exchanging vows on the steps of the iconic Haunted Mansion, as Disneyland opens its doors for those seeking a unique experience.
This summer marks the first time Disney Parks will host weddings at the iconic estate, though the event comes with a suitably spooky price tag. The Haunted Mansion will be available for ceremonies from July and couples can invite up to 25 guests, not including themselves.
All weddings must take place before the park opens—on July 1, for example, the park opens at 8 a.m. The package includes an officiant, transportation to and from Disneyland Resort hotels, light décor, and photography. Disney entertainment is a requirement for the location, though details and costs remain unclear.

This offering is part of Disney’s 35-year celebration of Fairytale Weddings and Honeymoons.

“With soaring columns and an eerily enchanting façade, the wedding venue sits in the heart of the magic at Disneyland Park and provides a dramatic backdrop for couples who want an unforgettable destination for their intimate ceremony or vow renewal,” the press release reads.
A historic venue with new features
The Haunted Mansion first opened in 1969 and reopened in January 2025 after a nearly year-long renovation.
Updates to Haunted Mansion include the gardens which have been redesigned to be more narrative-focused, and with an added greenhouse for guests waiting in line.
One of the mansion’s signature characters, a tortured bride, has been updated. She now floats before visitors holding a three-pronged candelabra, enhanced with projector effects.
Costs and booking information
The Haunted Mansion wedding package costs between $25,000 and $40,000.
Early bookings are guided by the Disney Wedding Sales Manager to help couples choose the best date, time, and location.
After signing the Letter of Agreement, couples receive a personal Wedding Event Planner to coordinate the day. Other Disney wedding locations include Magnolia Park Gazebo, Fantasyland Faire Garden, and Sleeping Beauty Castle Forecourt.
An alternative Haunted Mansion style wedding will be available starting in May 2026 for those who do not want to delay.
Couples can hold a Haunted Mansion-themed wedding at sea in the Haunted Mansion Parlor aboard the Disney Destiny, the newest addition to the Disney Cruise Line Fleet.
Disney has said it will reveal “a series of surprise announcements” each week in February to mark 35 years of Fairytale Weddings and Honeymoons.
