Ravens are expected to hire Chargers offensive passing game coordinator Marcus Brady

Jesse Minter continues to assemble a rock-solid staff, and he’s reportedly set to add another offensive assistant with a diverse background at the NFL and collegiate levels. Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports reports that Baltimore is expected to hire Chargers passing game coordinator Marcus Brady to a position on Minter’s staff.

Brady completed his second season in 2025 as the Chargers’ passing game coordinator. He joined Jim Harbaugh’s staff, bringing 15 years of professional coaching experience, including eight previous seasons at the NFL level.

Before joining the Chargers staff, Brady was most recently with the Philadelphia Eagles as a senior offensive consultant, helping the offense set a single-season franchise record and rank No. 3 in the NFL with a 48.0 third-down conversion rate. Brady helped quarterback Jalen Hurts post 38 combined touchdowns in 2023 (23 passing, 15 rushing), becoming the first Eagles signal-caller to record back-to-back seasons with at least 35 combined touchdowns and setting a single-season franchise record with 4,463 total yards, including a career-high 3,858 through the air.
