Olympic men’s ice hockey tournament schedule set

Now that the Olympic Group Stage games are officially over, the men’s ice hockey elimination tournament is set.
Canada (no. 1 seed), USA (no. 2), Slovakia (no. 3), and Finland (no. 4) all earned byes to the quarterfinals, where they’ll await the winners of Tuesday’s play-in games.
Canada and the United States were the only two teams to go undefeated in their three preliminary round games. Canada got the number one seed by winning their three games a combined 20-3, just edging out the USA’s combined scores of 17-5.
The playoff games begin airing early in the morning, so make sure to set your alarms.

Switzerland 🇨🇭 (5) vs. Italy 🇮🇹 (12) – 6:10 am ET
Czechia 🇨🇿 (8) vs. Denmark 🇩🇰 (9) – 10:40 am ET
Sweden 🇸🇪 (7) vs. Latvia 🇱🇻 (10) – 3:10 pm ET
Wednesday, February 18: Quarterfinals
Slovakia 🇸🇰 (3) vs. GER/FRA – 6:10 am ET
Canada 🇨🇦 (1) vs. CZE/DEN – 10:40 am ET
Finland 🇫🇮 (4) vs. SUI/ITA – 12:10 pm ET
USA 🇺🇸 (2) vs. SWE/LAT – 3:10 pm ET
The two semifinal games will then be held on Friday, February 20, at 10:40 am ET and 3:10 pm ET; the bronze medal game will be held on Saturday, February 21, at 2:40 pm ET; and the gold medal game will be held on Sunday, February 22, at 8:10 am ET.
All games, except for the Switzerland-Italy game, will be held at the Milano Santagiulia Ice Hockey Arena.
