MILAN — Tuesday night had been just about the best ever for Alysa Liu. America’s top female figure skater had been nearly perfect in her women’s short program at these Olympics, her brothers and sisters and best friends and family were in the Milano Ice Skating Arena stands and she had seen them as she skated and all of that made her so happy.
