EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival Food Preview
Returning from 2023 is the Blackened Fish Slider at the Florida Fresh booth. This is served with fried green tomato and Cajun rémoulade on a brioche bun.
The La Isla Fresca booth will have two new items. The Shrimp Ceviche has mango, avocado, cucumber, lime, cilantro, tomato, and jalapeño, and is served with plantain chips.
Also at La Isla Fresca is the new Coconut-Chocolate Flan Bizcocho. This is chocolate cake, coconut custard, and passion fruit caramel.
New to Beach Grub, which was a new booth last year with Yacht Grub, is the Strawberry-Basil Lemonade made with Minute Maid Premium Lemonade and strawberry-hibiscus syrup, and garnished with basil.
To eat, Beach Grub will offer the Orange Cream Bar: vanilla-bean mousse covered in a chocolate shell with marshmallow meringue.
Over at Yacht Grub is the returning Trio of Dips and Chips. This is house-made potato chips with whipped feta and candied lemon, caramelized onion dip and caviar, and pimento cheese and pickles.
The Lemon Tart previously offered at The Citrus Blossom in the Odyssey pavilion will move to Yacht Grub. This is lemon curd, blood orange fluid gel, plant-based meringue, and raspberry powder.
The Lemon Sparkling Cocktail has been renamed the Limoncello-Basil Sparkling Cocktail but is still made of sparkling wine, Seagram’s Club Soda, and limoncello liqueur.
A new Outdoor Kitchen called Nectar will have the new Coconut Panna Cotta: cherry gelée and matcha crumb, topped with a citrus cookie, plant-based meringue, and flower confetti.
New to Trowel and Trellis is the Miso Cola-Glazed Sticky Pork Ribs topped with spicy pickled peppers and peanuts.
Returning to Brunchot is Avocado Toast with marinated tomatoes and Boursin Dairy-Free Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese on toasted ciabatta.
EPCOT Farmers Feast will have the returning Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail made with Islamorada Hibiscus Gin and Simply Lemonade.
Another returning item is the Chicken and Waffles from The Honey Bee-stro: crispy chicken and a sweet honey-bacon cornbread waffle with whipped honey butter and orange blossom honey.
The video below also features some retro EPCOT references. Filmed inside Living with the Land, the video features host Noah singing the theme song of the original version of the ride, Listen to the Land. He also references the song “Veggie, Veggie, Fruit, Fruit” from Kitchen Kabaret, a former Land pavilion show.
