Halted Wind Projects Leave $34 Million in Unpaid Fees

Energy Minister Lloyd Parrott says any unpaid Crown land fees from former wind-hydrogen projects will now go through the collections process.
Unpaid fees was one of the reasons why government made the decision not to extend the Crown land reserves for three wind-hydrogen projects throughout the province.
Parrott says there is about $34-million outstanding.
He says government services will be working “diligently” to collect that money.
