Raleigh’s Millbrook High School under Code Red lockdown, officials say

Millbrook High School in Raleigh was placed under a Code Red lockdown due to a potential threat on Wednesday.
WRAL’s cameras captured Raleigh officers escorting one person in handcuffs to a police vehicle around 12:05 p.m.
In an update sent to families, officials reassured that students are safe and that the school is in a lockdown due to a potential threat. They did not specify what the threat is.
In a Code Red lockdown, the entire building is locked down. No one is allowed to enter or exit the building until an all-clear announcement is received from law enforcement.
Millbrook officials will share more information as soon as possible.
