Man and woman arrested on suspicion of Lisa Dorrian’s murder

Two arrests have been made in the investigation into the disappearance and murder of 25-year-old Lisa Dorrian.
A 40-year-old woman was arrested in Bangor, County Down on Wednesday and, later, a 42-year-old man was arrested in Scotland on suspicion of murder, assisting offenders, withholding information and preventing a lawful and decent burial.
Lisa has not been seen since she attended a house party at a caravan park in the County Down village of Ballyhalbert, at the end of February 2005.
Police acknowledged the support of Police Scotland, as well as the PSNI’s Cross-Border Transit Officers in the arrest of the man in Scotland.
