Olympic Hockey Star Quinn Hughes To Visit ‘SNL’ Hosted By Connor Storrie

Quinn Hughes, the Olympic gold medal-winning hockey player, will make a cameo appearance on this weekend’s Saturday Night Live, an episode hosted, probably not coincidentally, by Heated Rivalry star Connor Storrie.

The news comes as Hughes also is set for an appearance on Monday’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Both late-night shows are on NBC, home of the recent Milano Cortina Winter Games.

Deadline has confirmed the news of Hughes’ SNL appearance, first reported by The New York Times. Hughes’ younger brother Jack Hughes, who scored the goal to beat Canada in the gold medal game, and fellow gold medalist Hilary Knight also will appear on Fallon Monday, and might join Quinn Hughes on Saturday Night Live if their hockey schedules permit.

Saturday Night Live returns this Saturday at 11:30pm ET on NBC, following a three-week hiatus as the 2026 Winter Olympics were hosted in Milan on NBC and Peacock.

Saturday Night Live is produced in association with creator and executive producer Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video.
