Jeremiyah Love runs 4.36-second 40-yard dash

Love told NFL Network’s Stacey Dales he was “a little bit disappointed” with his 40 time and wanted to post a mark in the 4.2s. He also said he doesn’t plan to work out at Notre Dame’s pro day prior to the draft but will attend to support his teammates.
“Didn’t get there, but 4.3 is good,” he said. “Excellent speed. So, I’m OK with it. I want it better but put in a lot of work and 4.3 is just fine with me.”
He remains one of the most intriguing players in the draft given the wide range of landing spots projected for him in mock drafts. Love appears to be as uncertain as the rest of us about his ultimate destination.
“I don’t know, maybe top 10, top five, hopefully,” he said. “I heard a lot people saying the Chiefs or the Saints or the Giants. I mean, all I gotta say is, I’d be blessed to go anywhere.”
