Delays as police incident closes M80 motorway overnight

Drivers have been warned of delays of up to 90 minutes after a major route in central Scotland was closed because due to a police incident.
The M80 has been closed southbound from junction seven at Haggs, near Falkirk, since the early hours of the morning due to concern for a person.
Traffic Scotland has reported long delays on journeys between Falkirk and Glasgow and heavy congestion in the surrounding area.
Diversions have been put in place taking southbound motorway traffic on to the A803 and B816 and back on to the M80 at junction six.
