The women of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives are taking a break from filming season five, but they’re still putting themselves in front of a camera. Less than a week after her ex, Jordan Ngatikaura, filed for divorce, Jessi Draper spoke with Call Her Daddy about everything that led up to their final split. Over the past two seasons, Draper admitted to having an emotional affair with Marciano Brunette, one of the servers on Vanderpump Villa; she later admitted that Ngatikaura was emotionally abusive to her, and they separated for a short period before trying to make their marriage work one last time. The two continued to fight throughout season four, and last Thursday, Ngatikaura filed for divorce; Draper thinks it might have something to do with the claims she made to Alex Cooper.

“I’m the one who ended it,” she recalled. “I told him on Friday the 13th, so not that long ago. I just said I want a divorce. He definitely didn’t want it and now he’s the one rushing to do it so it’s a little strange.”

In his divorce filing, Ngatikaura wrote that the reason for dissolution was because Draper had an emotional affair with Marciano Brunette and not irreconcilable differences, as she said they agreed upon. She found it ironic because when season one aired, an escort service apparently reached out to her and claimed her husband had been using it. Draper said she has proof in the form of hotel bookings and messages with his phone number. She also claimed a woman who worked at the company confirmed that this happened in Texas, where Ngatikaura told Draper he was attending a “summer sales” conference.

Draper added that just a few weeks ago, someone told her sister they saw Ngatikaura at multiple sex parties throughout their marriage. It wasn’t the first time someone told her that he paid for sex parties and “orgies” using her money. “As of the last three years, everything has been my money. He does not work. I provide everything,” she said, explaining how he affords his lifestyle. While she hasn’t asked Ngatikaura about the allegations, she believes the multiple sources. The SLOMW star said it was the “final straw” that ended their marriage.

Chris from Love Is Blind isn’t the only man on reality TV who wants his partner to do Pilates every day. Draper told Cooper that Ngatikaura would criticize her appearance and pressure her to attend Pilates classes daily. He made a TikTok draft of receipts from the emotional affair with Marciano before it was public and threatened to post it when they would fight. During one of their fights about Pilates, Draper chased him to get his phone as he started recording and telling her, “Are you going to be like Taylor? Should I call the cops?” referencing Taylor Frankie Paul’s domestic-violence incidents with her ex Dakota Mortensen.

“I found out from my lawyer this morning he did try to out a clause in the divorce that I couldn’t go on any podcasts to talk about him.” Draper said, adding that she never signed anything. “So sorry!”
