The hosts of This Morning took a moment to congratulate their co-star during the latest live show.
Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary showered Jeff Brazier with well-wishes on Friday (March 27), after the competition host recently became a grandad. Jeff’s younger son, Freddy, welcomed his first child, Isla Jade, with his girlfriend Holly Swinburn earlier this month.
Later in the show, Dermot introduced Jeff’s segment, saying: “Baby grandad! Congratulations.”
In his first appearance on the programme since becoming a grandad, a delighted Jeff replied: “Thank you so much. Yeah, gorgeous that.
“Do you know what, I wanna thank Freddy and Holly for just absolutely giving me the greatest gift, I think, that anyone could ever be given, showing me a whole new level of love that I didn’t know existed until now.”

Sharing an update on new mum Holly, Jeff added: “[She’s] really good. You know what childbirth is like. To see her go through it, she was so strong. She did an incredible job.
“Freddy was so attentive and just the responsibility I’m seeing in him, it was all just beautiful to watch.”
Alison said that she loved the baby’s name, with Jeff concluding: “Isla Jade, it’s perfect… My family are celebrating a little bundle of joy.”

It’s believed that Isla’s middle name is a touching tribute to Freddy’s late mum, TV star Jade Goody. The baby’s arrival was announced just two days before the anniversary of Jade’s death.
Freddy, 21, and Holly, 22, confirmed the birth with a black and white photo that was posted to Holly’s Instagram Story. Both were seen smiling with their newborn daughter in Holly’s arms.
Another sweet image was then shared of the couple alongside beaming grandad Jeff, and his other son, Bobby.

Holly discovered she was expecting in August last year, but by November the couple had separated. She was believed to have ended their relationship.
Holly and Freddy reportedly got back together at her baby shower, with Freddy recently being spotted surprising his partner with a bouquet of red roses during a romantic stroll.
