Watch Shane Lowry’s latest PGA Tour hole-in-one at Houston Open

Tiger Woods involved in car accident, charged with DUI
Martin County Sheriff’s Office gives media an update on Tiger Woods after he was involved in a car accident in Jupiter Island, Florida.
Shane Lowry added yet another hole-in-one to his already impressive list at the Texas Children’s Houston Open on Sunday.
The 38-year-old Irishman teed off on the par-3 second hole at Memorial Park, his shot cut to the right as it landed directly on the green, took a big bounce and rolled straight into the hole for the fourth ace of Lowry’s PGA Tour career.
It’s the second consecutive year with a hole-in-one for Lowry, who last hit one on the seventh hole at Pebble Beach in 2025. He’s also made them in 2022 on the 17th at TPC Sawgrass and the 16th at Augusta National in 2016.
Lowry, still searching for his first win in 2026, is currently tied for 42nd place in the Houston Open, so while he won’t be at the top of the leaderboard this weekend, he’ll at least be able to claim one of the biggest moments of the tournament.
Gary Woodland began Sunday’s final round with a one-stroke lead over Nicolai Hojgaard in the $9.9 million event.
