Are DIY superstores and gardening retailers open over Easter weekend? Here’s a full list of bank holiday opening hours for B&Q, Screwfix, Homebase and Wickes.
DIY superstores are a hive of activity over bank holiday weekends, with shoppers stocking up on home and garden buys for their next big project.
And what better time to tackle the job than over the four-day Easter break? But when are the shops open from Good Friday to Easter Monday? Will they close early, or stop trading altogether?
Shoppers could face closures depending on the time and date they decide to buy supplies, and customers don’t want to get caught short without the right screw, drill bit or tin of paint.
So here’s a full list of opening times for all the major DIY store brands, from B&Q and Screwfix, to Homebase and Wickes.
Most DIY stores are closed on Easter Sunday.
