Surveillance video shows Branson leaving a bar, the Horse You Came In On Saloon, around 2 a.m., appearing intoxicated. He stumbles, leaning up against a wall for support. He then speaks briefly with three unknown individuals, before they go their separate ways.

Additional footage shows Branson walking West along Thames Street. Around 2:38 a.m., he’s seen passing Sound Garden, the record store next door.

From there, Baltimore Police told FOX45, “He was seen struggling to ride his electric bicycle and was stopped by private security who were posted in the area.
