Bruins Surging Forward Wins 7th Player Award

Ahead of the Boston Bruins’ season finale against the New Jersey Devils, the Original Six club revealed that Fraser Minten is this year’s 7th Player Award winner.

It is easy to understand why Minten has won the 7th Player Award this year for the Bruins. The 21-year-old center broke out in a major way for the Black and Gold this season, as he has set new career highs with 17 goals, 17 assists, and 34 points in 81 games. With this, he has emerged as a major part of Boston’s lineup this campaign.

Minten has been one of the many reasons for the Bruins’ turnaround this campaign, so it is hard to argue against him being this year’s winner of the 7th Player Award. He should be a big part of the Bruins’ future, and at just 21 years old, he still has plenty of time to get even better.
