Chelsea head coach Liam Rosenior has confirmed Enzo Fernandez has returned to the squad after serving a club ban.
He added that Trevoh Chalobah, who has been sidelined since the second leg of their Champions League defeat against Paris Saint-Germain, has trained and could be involved.
Lisandro Martinez begins a three-match ban for Manchester United, with fellow defender Harry Maguire also suspended.
Patrick Dorgu and Matthijs de Ligt remain sidelined but Kobbie Mainoo could feature after a minor injury issue.
