Select highways shut down due to washouts as another community declares state of emergency

Another Saskatchewan community has declared a State of Emergency due to high water levels.
The Town of Arborfield posted on their social media pages Saturday that they have declared a State of Emergency “due to potential flooding”.
Residents are being advised to be on alert as water levels can change quickly.
