Man in 40s taken to hospital after Nottingham city centre assault

A man has been taken to hospital after an assault in Nottingham city centre.
Officers were called to reports a man had been attacked in Old Market Square at 23:17 BST on Monday.
A man in his 40s was found with head and facial injuries, which Nottinghamshire Police said were not believed to be life-altering or life-threatening.
An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of committing grievous bodily harm, threats to kill, threatening behaviour, racially aggravated harassment and criminal damage.
