A couple behind Scotland’s only dedicated cookbook bookstore say support from celebrity chefs helped turn their dream into reality. Martyn Bryson and Liz launched The Cookbook Shop in Edinburgh after spotting a gap in the market, receiving donated signed books from celebrity chefs including Nigella Lawson and Yotam Ottolenghi. Just two months after opening, the store has attracted food lovers from across the UK and beyond, with plans to expand community events, book clubs and workshops.
