Oilers sign forward Aku Raty to one-year, two-way contract

Raty’s deal carries an average annual value of $850,000 in the NHL, the team announced Monday.

The 24-year-old spent the 2025-26 season with Karpat in Liiga, recording a team high 57 points and second on the team with 20 goals in 51 games.

Raty was selected in the fifth round of the 2019 NHL Draft by the Arizona Coyotes. He recorded an assist in his lone NHL game on April 17, 2024, against the Oilers.

In two AHL seasons, from 2023 to 2025, he played in 120 games, scoring 21 goals and 69 points with the Tucson Roadrunners and Rockford IceHogs.
