Olivia Attwood hinted at her reported romance with Pete Wicks on live TV as she said that ‘it’s great to fall in love’.

The 35-year-old TV star recently split from her footballer husband Bradley Dack after two years of marriage. Olivia and Bradley tied the knot back the summer 2023, in a ceremony held at the Bulgari Hotel in London’s Knightsbridge.

Back in March, Olivia and her Sunday Roast podcast co-host Pete were spotted enjoying a night out at a bar in London. Pictures captured by paparazzi saw them getting cosy as they sat at their table which had empty glasses on it.

Following rumours that the close friends may be romantically involved, Olivia and Pete were pictured sharing a kiss at a bar named Flute. Pete was previously seen kissing Maura Higgins at the same establishment.

A source told Closer Magazine at the time: “Olivia has always been drawn to Pete and carried a torch for him. If she wasn’t with him herself, she didn’t want anyone else to have him. Olivia has fallen big time, she’s totally smitten with Pete. She’s always liked him – everyone can see the connection.”

On Monday (May 25), Olivia returned to the ITV panel show Loose Women, which aired an extra-long episode to celebrate the bank holiday. She was joined by Charlene White, Coleen Nolan and Myleene Klass on the panel.

During the episode, which included an interview with pop singer Sinitta, the panel discussed whether it’s a good idea to fall in love with your friend. This led Olivia to give her two cents on the matter.

She said just months after her split from Bradley: “I love love, and it’s great to fall in love and to be in a relationship.”

The former Love Island star went on to emphasise the importance of managing to keep your friendships going even when you’re in love. She added: “But never neglect those relationships outside, because they will probably be the ones that consist your whole life.”

The comments from Olivia arrive just days after Sam Thompson teased Pete on their Staying Relevant podcast about being pictured with Olivia at airport. Not naming Olivia, Sam asked if he ‘goes to the airport frequently’.

“Yeah when I’m around. I bumped into a few people I know and that. It’s just one of those things sometimes I like to go to the airport to get my coffee, there’s a really good Cafe Nero there…

“Aside from podcasting, doing the dog show and all the rest of it, I also do a bit of baggage handling. I just help people to their cars that sort of stuff. Bills cost money, so I obviously do some Uber work on the side as well – four-star rating,” Pete joked.

Meanwhile, Olivia admitted on the Extra Dirty podcast last month that she is going through her ‘toughest’.break-up to date. She explained: “This relationship spans over a decade on and off, so it’s such a big area of my life. And I think that when you know you tried, we both tried so many things to make it work, so of course, it’s just so sad. It’s sad.

“And also, this is why I’ve not rushed to say anything because it’s like, I can still acknowledge the fact that I like him and I love him as a person, those things can still be true while knowing that it’s run its course.

“I think it would be easier if I hated him, which I don’t. I think the breakups where they haven’t been such serious relationships, they are easier.”
