LAWRENCE — Kansas baseball’s NCAA tournament run begins Friday at 12 p.m. (CT) in Lawrence, against Northeastern.
The Jayhawks (42-16) are the No. 1 seed in this NCAA regional and one of the national seeds, hosting inside Hoglund Ballpark. Northeastern (38-20) is the No. 4 seed in this regional and has the chance to play spoiler this week. Also in the regional are No. 2 seed Arkansas and No. 3 seed Missouri State.
