Is love really blind? We’re about to find out with Season 9 of the Emmy-nominated series scheduled to drop on Netflix this week.
“Love is Blind,” the popular reality dating show, returns to Netflix next month with a new batch of singles based in Denver, Colorado.
During the first few episodes of the show, the group of singles will date each other through a wall, inside a comfy pod, and attempt to develop a connection, sight unseen. Squad members will not be able to see each other until they meet for the first time after their engagement.
“Over several weeks, the newly engaged couples will move in together, plan their wedding, and find out if their physical connection matches their strong emotional bond developed in the pods,” the series synopsis says. “When their wedding day arrives, will real-world realities and external factors push them apart, or will they marry the person they fell blindly in love with?”
