Meet the San Antonio Spurs’ biggest cheerleaders!

Keep one eye on the court and one eye on the courtside seats to watch the love and passion being shown from the players’ top fans — their wives, girlfriends and fiancées. They show up and show out each and every game to support the Spurs, who will face the New York Knicks in the 2026 NBA Finals beginning Wednesday, June 3.

While there are some Spurs players who aren’t currently in relationships, such as center Victor Wembanyama and shooting guard Devin Vassell, there are several players on the team who are in relationships — some that date back to their college years.

Dylan Harper and his girlfriend, fellow basketball player JoJo Lacey, met while both attending Rutgers University in New Jersey. Kelly Olynyk is married to Jackie McNulty, who he met during their time at Gonzaga University in Washington.

Harrison Barnes met his eventual wife, Brittany, when they were sophomores at the University of North Carolina, while De’Aaron Fox and now-wife Recee coincidentally crossed paths outside of a hotel in Las Vegas.

The Spurs will tip off against the Knicks on Wednesday night at the Frost Bank Center in Texas to kick off the best-of-seven series.

Now, read on for a guide to the San Antonio Spurs wives and girlfriends!

De’Aaron Fox’s wife is Recee Fox, who he married in 2022. The couple’s love story is straight out of a romance movie meet-cute!

The Spurs point guard and his future wife both grew up in Texas and played basketball — but they didn’t start a relationship until 2018, when they crossed paths outside of a hotel in Las Vegas.

The pair got engaged in 2020 and tied the knot in 2022. Since then, they’ve welcomed two children — Reign in February 2023 and Poppy in August 2024. De’Aaron is also a father to a son, Kai, from a previous relationship.

They are always lifting each other up, with Recee telling NBC Sports’ Kings Central in January 2023 that her husband is “the goofiest guy” and not the “cool, calm, collected killer” that fans see on the court.

Recee has been supportive of De’Aaron’s basketball career over the years.

“If he has a bad game, a lot of the times my thing is, ‘Did you stay healthy? Are you happy?’ That’s what I care about,” she told Andscape. “De’Aaron as a human being first is what I care about. This basketball stuff will be good for 12 years, and then it’s going to be our relationship that we have to focus on after.”

In August 2024, De’Aaron wrote on Instagram that his relationship with Recee “keeps getting better and better.”

Spurs forward Julian Champagnie is engaged to his girlfriend, Cassidy Velez. While details regarding how they met are unclear, photos of their relationship date back to May 2023 on the model’s Instagram.

“Other Half 🤍,” she wrote alongside the Spurs star at the time.

Velez has shown her support for Champagnie courtside and beyond. In celebration of her then-boyfriend’s second year in the league since being drafted in 2022, she penned a sweet tribute to him online.

“Year two ✔️ words cannot express how proud I am of you! The most ambitious & determined man I freaking know! you seriously inspire the hell out of me. You have a vision & no one can get in the way of that. The long nights and early mornings. You deserve the world!” Velez exclaimed.

“Home is wherever you are & I will forever be your biggest fan on & off the court,” she continued. “I love you in this life & all the others !!! ❤️ your story is one of a kind & I’m beyond grateful to be apart of it 😘.”

The pair announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post in July 2024. “The beginning of forever🤍💍,” they captioned a sweet photo, which featured a shot of the newly-engaged couple with Velez showing off her elegant ring.

In October that year, the basketball player posted another loved-up photo on social media with his fiancée and a heartfelt caption to accompany it. “In this lifetime & the next… #savethedate 💍🤍,” he wrote alongside the slideshow of black-and-white pictures.

While the couple hasn’t publicly announced a wedding, Velez has posted bridal festivities in the months following their engagement. Since then, she’s filled her social media with date nights and outings to cheer on her fiancé.

“My western conference champ 🏆. So proud of this team, this city, and especially MY HONEY. The work isn’t finished, but LFG cause we’re coming home baby 🗽🤍🖤,” she wrote on Instagram after the Spurs secured their spot in the 2026 NBA Finals.

Dylan Harper is dating JoJo Lacey. While it’s unclear when their relationship began, they both attended Rutgers University.

The pair posted with each other on Instagram after Harper was selected second overall by the San Antonio Spurs at the 2025 NBA Draft last June. Lacey celebrated the career milestone with a tribute to her boyfriend.

“Love sharing this journey with you ❤️,” wrote Lacey, who’s a basketball player in her own right.

Harper also included Lacey in his roundup of photos, along with family and friends, after being drafted.

“FOE💯💯💯 the circle that held it down for me no matter what it was, grateful for everyone who was apart of this journey❤️⭕️ this just the beginning we all gone win!!!!” he captioned his Instagram carousel shared a few days after.

Since then, Lacey has been in Harper’s corner. Between her constant support in person at games and their cute PDA-filled posts on social media, the Rutgers alum is undoubtedly the Spurs star’s number one fan.

Harrison Barnes is married to Brittany Barnes, who he wed in July 2017. The couple first met as sophomores at the University of North Carolina, where they both attended prior to the basketball star being drafted in 2012.

“We were sitting outside, and I walked in to order, and Harrison is walking out of the door,” Brittany told The Dallas Morning News. “We stand there and stare at each other for a second with the glass in between us. I’m like waiting for him to open the door, right? And he’s just staring.”

“So I open the door, and I’m like, ‘Chivalry must really be dead, right?’ And he’s like, ‘Oh, my bad. What’s your name?’ That’s exactly what he said,” she remembered. “I said, ‘Brittany.’ And he said, ‘My name’s Harrison.’ I said I knew because everybody knew who the basketball players were.”

In August 2016, Harrison proposed during a vacation in Rio Celeste, Costa Rica. They wed the following year and welcomed their first baby, a daughter, in August 2021.

Kelly Olynyk is married to Jackie McNulty, who he wed during an outdoor celebration at Sunstone Winery in Santa Ynez, Calif., in August 2022. The couple originally met during their time at Gonzaga University.

The event was actually the third ceremony for the longtime sweethearts, who first tied the knot in an intimate family wedding in Idaho before going to Las Vegas to get married by Elvis, they exclusively told PEOPLE at the time.

“We knew we would be together forever and are getting ready to start a family, so might as well throw an epic party,” they shared.

In October 2025, the couple announced the arrival of their first baby together, daughter Isla Olynyk.

McNulty celebrated Olynyk’s birthday on April 19 with the cutest Instagram photo, which featured their little one wearing a mini basketball jersey with her dad’s name on the back. The caption simultaneously showed her support for the NBA star.

“Happy birthday to the BEST daddy!!! Your girls love you ❤️ we’re your biggest fans!” she wrote alongside a picture of Olynyk holding up Isla in a tiny version of his jersey.

Ahead of the Spurs’ run in the 2026 NBA Finals, McNulty celebrated her husband with a motivational tribute post on Instagram. “Big things poppin 🍾 So proud!!! Just 4 more baby lets go!” she wrote.
