We don’t know what’s in the air this summer, but fast food meal collabs are so back. Between Burger King’s America250 menu, McDonald’s FIFA World Cup 26 meal, KFC’s Supergirl meals, and Subway’s Moana Movie Meal Deal, nearly all the fast food giants are teaming up with huge entities to kick off June.
While there’s no shortage of fun new menu items to try and collectibles to be had at the drive-thru, our summer fast food tour isn’t over just yet. After weeks of teasing, Wendy’s, ever the lover of social media mischief and collabs that spark child-like joy, is launching a new meal in partnership with some of the most mischievous creatures of all time: the Minions.
Wendy’s Launches New ‘Minions & Monsters’ Meal

The Minions are headed back to the silver screen this summer in the new “Minions & Monsters” film, and there’s no shortage of chaos, laughs, and, of course, bananas. To celebrate the new film, the Minions are taking over Wendy’s with an all-new “Minions & Monsters” Meal.
Wendy’s “Minions & Monsters Meal” features your choice of a Big Bacon Classic or Spicy Chicken Sandwich and a small order of fries, all paired with the new Banana Frosty Swirl. Wendy’s Banana Frosty Swirl is made with a new banana crème sauce swirled into the Vanilla Frosty base (but, like all Frosty Swirls, you can always ask for Chocolate instead), all topped with extra banana sauce.
The adult “Minions & Monsters” Meal also includes one of four exclusive collectibles in a Blind Box. The collectibles include a Minion dressed as Wendy, a Minion in Wendy’s fries, a Minion in a Wendy’s Frosty, and Goomi in a Wendy’s bag.
In addition to the latest Frosty flavor, Wendy’s is launching two new beverages at its Coca-Cola Freestyle machines, including Pineapple Minion MischieFizz and Goomi’s Glimey Lime.
Wendy’s “Minions & Monsters” Meal will hit Wendy’s restaurants nationwide on June 15.
However, if you want to say bello to the Minions early, the chain is launching its “Minions & Monsters “Kids’ Meal on June 8. The kids’ meal includes your choice of two-piece tenders, four-piece chicken nuggets, a hamburger, or a cheeseburger; fries or apple slices; a kids’ drink; and one of six exclusive toys (or as the Minions say, papōy) featuring the “Minions & Monsters” characters, including James, Henry, Ed, Richard, Goomi, and Dort.
The new “Minions & Monsters” meal will be available for a limited time at Wendy’s restaurants nationwide. And, the good news is you don’t have to speak Minionese to order it!
