RHONJ Star Teresa Giudice’s Daughter Milania Giudice Arrested on Assault Charge Months Before Season 15 Premiere

Milania Giudice, 20, daughter of the Bravos’ Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice, was arrested in May and charged with simple assault, according to court documents.
The case is being processed in the Montville Township Municipal Court and has been deemed active as “domestic violence/confidential”.
Giudice was arrested on May 14th and charged with purposefully or knowingly causing bodily injury (a disorderly persons offense in New Jersey, according to TMZ).
The alleged victim has not been disclosed in the court documents; no other information concerning the charge has been publicly released.
Milania is one of Teresa Giudice’s four daughters by ex-husband Joe Giudice, who was deported from the United States.
His other daughter, Gia Giudice, 25, is making efforts to assist him in his deportation proceedings.
The Next Gen NYC alum once had her eyes set on immigration law before switching to reality TV and has yet to stop helping her father in legal proceedings.
The show Real Housewives of New Jersey will return for Season 15.
All of its Real Housewives are expected to return, but it has not been announced which other cast members will join them in the upcoming installment of the show, which has been off the air since the Season 14 finale in August 2024.
