Kyle Leahy has been dealing lately for the St. Louis Cardinals. He owns a 2.69 FIP over his last four appearances, and the right-hander hasn’t allowed a single home run during that span. He’s also up against a Los Angeles Angels lineup with just a 34.1% hard-hit rate over the last two weeks.
As for Jose Soriano, he’s been more vulnerable lately. The righty has a 4.74 xERA over his last 19.1 innings of work, and he’s given up five earned runs in his previous two starts.
