Jaguars wide receiver Dyami Brown injures his leg in third quarter after making big play

Keys to victory for Jacksonville Jaguars vs Los Angeles Rams in London

The Florida Times-Union breaks down what the Jaguars need to do to beat the Rams in London.

Just to prove the Jacksonville Jaguars couldn’t buy a break in their game against the Los Angeles Rams on Oct. 19 at London’s Wembly Stadium, wide receiver Dyami Brown left the game with a leg injury after making the biggest offensive play of the game.

Brown caught a 39-yard pass from Trevor Lawrence with 8:10 left in the third period but after making the catch and just before Rams safety Quinten Lake touched him to make sure Brown was down, Brown’s right leg buckled underneath him.

He was helped off the field and went to the team’s portable blue tent on the sideline, and re-emerged a few minutes later. Brown stood on the sidelines with his helmet but did not go in immediately when the Jaguars next got the ball.

Brown was able to go back in on the next possession.

The deep ball was Brown’s only catch of the game to that point and he has 15 receptions for 183 yards this season. He was also used as a kickoff returner and had two returns for 60 yards.
