Falcons announce changes to roster ahead of Week 8 game vs. Dolphins

Divine Deablo has been placed on IR and Drake London has been downgraded to questionable for Week 8.
The Atlanta Falcons have made several changes to their roster ahead of Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins. Linebacker Divine Deablo has been placed on the injured reserve list in a move most expected after he fractured his forearm in last week’s loss to the 49ers.
The team also signed linebacker Ronnie Harrison off the practice squad to replace Deablo on the 53-man roster, and activated safety Jordan Fuller from the injured reserve list. Lastly, the Falcons downgraded wide receiver Drake London to questionable for Sunday’s game in Atlanta.
London was added to the injury report on Friday with a hip injury. He was initially not given an injury designation but now his status is in doubt.
Atlanta announced two practice squad elevations for Week 8. Quarterback Easton Stick has been elevated for the first time all season. This move comes after it was reported that Michael Penix Jr. would miss Sunday’s game due to a bone bruise in his knee.
Stick will likely back up Kirk Cousins, assuming Penix sits out. Wide receiver Dylan Drummond was also elevated from the practice squad for Week 8. Drummond can help make up for the loss of Ray-Ray McCloud, who was released on Tuesday.
