Oregon Ducks at Iowa Hawkeyes: Live updates recap

IOWA CITY, Iowa — No. 9 Oregon clinched its eleventh consecutive road win with a gritty 18-16 victory against No. 20 Iowa at Kinnick Stadium on Saturday.

After trailing 16-15 in the fourth quarter, Dante Moore led the Ducks on an impressive final drive against Iowa’s physical defense to position his team for the win. Atticus Sappington then sealed the deal with a 39-yard field goal with 3 seconds remaining.

Oregon saw its already-depleted receiving corps suffer another blow during the game as Gary Bryant Jr. went down with an apparent lower right leg injury following a 22-yard catch in the first quarter.

The Ducks (8-1, 5-1 Big Ten) were favored by 4.5 points heading into the afternoon. It was the Hawkeyes’ (6-3, 4-2) 12th straight loss to a ranked opponent.
