Selling Sunset fans who are still recovering from the sizzling ninth season won’t have to wait long for more drama, as a spin-off series is set to land in just a few hours.
Selling The OC centres on agents at The Oppenheim Group who deal in properties in the plush Orange County, while Selling Sunset follows the LA-based team.
The fourth season of the spin-off lands on Netflix this Wednesday (November 12), closely following the reunion episode of Selling Sunset where some of the Selling The OC cast made a fleeting appearance.
Agent Alex Hall also popped up in the main series during a relief drive after the LA wildfires, which saw agents from all The Oppenheim Group offices join forces to help those impacted.

However, avid fans of Selling The OC might notice a significant change in the main cast in the forthcoming season, as an astonishing six agents have now left the show, reports the Mirror.
Main cast members Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Ali Harper, Sean Palmieri and Lauren Shortt won’t be returning for the fourth season. However, viewers can look forward to seeing Tyler Stanaland, Alex Hall, Polly Brindle, Brandi Marshall, Austin Victoria and Gio Helou back on their screens.
Additionally, there will be three fresh faces joining the cast: newly-qualified Fiona Belle, ex-model Ashtyn Zerboni, and luxury rentals expert Kaylee Ricciardi.
Following the conclusion of filming for the third season in 2023, several agents publicly shared their motivations for stepping away from the programme, including Alexandra Jarvis and Sean Palmieri, who were both central to many of the show’s most dramatic confrontations.

“Unfortunately, The Oppenheim Group was not a culture fit for me,” Sean revealed in a statement to Entertainment Tonight, whilst Alexandra informed PEOPLE that “I just know when it’s time to leave a party.”
In the meantime, Lauren has since launched her own property team, while Ali has kept quiet regarding her departure – though it has come to light that she still lacks a real estate licence.
Kayla has similarly remained silent about her reasons for not featuring in Season 4, yet continues to display ‘realtor’ for The Oppenheim Group on her Instagram profile, despite being absent from the cast line-up.
Tyler Stanaland had also hinted at his departure at the close of Season 3, when he left The Oppenheim Group to work with his father, but the show’s preview hints at his comeback and the resurrection of his romantic storyline with colleague Alex.
After Season 3’s release, programme creator Adam DiVello hinted there would be “a lot of new faces” in the upcoming episodes. He continued: “A lot has changed in the real lives of those agents since Season 3, so it’s exciting to get back down there.”
