One person is dead after a two-vehicle collision in Brampton early Saturday morning, police say.
Around 4:20 a.m., officers responded to a report of “a serious collision” in the area of Queen Street and Chinguacousy Road, Peel police said in an email.
The driver of one of the vehicles sustained serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. They did not provide any details about the victim’s identity, or the nature of the collision.
The driver of the second vehicle, which also had two passengers, remained at the scene and all are co-operating with the investigation, police said.
