Commanders at Vikings: Final Injury Reports

The final injury reports are out for the Washington Commanders and the Minnesota Vikings as we inch closer to Sunday’s matchup at U.S. Bank Stadium. Let’s take a look at who has an injury designation for both sides heading into this weekend’s game.

Wagner was a DNP on both Wednesday and Thursday before returning to practice in a limited capacity on Friday. I’m assuming he’ll be a game-time decision but I’d be pretty shocked if he didn’t play. Brown was a full participant on both Wednesday and Thursday before not practicing at all on Friday in what appears to have been a rest day. It’s possible he may have aggravated something in practice, but I suppose we’ll find out when the inactive lists come out on Sunday morning. The big story for Washington, of course, is the return of quarterback Jayden Daniels, who was fully cleared and will start for the first time since injuring his non-throwing elbow in Week 9

If the Vikings want to bring Chandler back, they’ll need to add him to the 53-man roster and make a corresponding move on Saturday. Otherwise, he’ll continue to not count against the roster as he makes his return from IR. Darrisaw had his usual full practice/day off/full practice regimen from most of this season, while Jackson didn’t practice at all on Wednesday and was limited in both Thursday and Friday’s sessions. My guess is that he will also be a game-time decision.

Those are the final injury reports for both the Commanders and the Vikings heading into Sunday’s game, folks. We’ll have more coverage of this one as we get closer to kickoff.
