After Heated Rivalry, Hudson Williams has had one of those meteoric rises to fame that leaves people reeling. Have you seen this man not surrounded by fans and paparazzi since December? Over the weekend, Williams fended off a group of shady autograph seekers in Paris, who seem to have followed him to where he was staying — a choice he did not appreciate.

In a video posted to social media, Williams is seen exiting a car and confronting a group of men trying to get him to sign his own headshots. Apparently, the men were autograph dealers who planned to sell the signed photos to actual fans, not tape them up on their own bedroom walls. “Guys, you just followed me to my residence,” Williams said, and rejected their apologies. “You can’t do this. This is really fucking weird.” Williams said they weren’t real fans and were “being really creepy.” For emphasis, he grabbed the headshots and attempted to set them on fire with his own lighter. He continued, “Now please fucking leave. You’re fucking demented. I wanna watch you hop on your little bike.” Williams eventually walked away with his group and the altercation ended without further incident or flames.
This is not the first firestorm that has surrounded one of the Heated Rivalry stars. Just weeks prior, fans surrounded the Paris hotel where Williams’ costar Connor Storrie was staying. The crowd included notorious stan Club Chalamet, who got into a physical fight with another fan as Storrie left the building. Williams told Evan Ross Katz on his Shut Up Evan podcast in January how he feels about unsolicited paparazzi pictures. “It is maybe not nefarious, but it’s not sweet and it’s not fully welcomed. It doesn’t make us feel safe or really like we can disarm,” he said. “There’s an element of that’s not another human, that’s a celebrity.”
From here on out, let’s try to keep it respectful, s’il vous plaît.
