The Rock’s daughter, Ava, has confirmed her relationship with fellow NXT talent Tatyanna Dumas.
WWE NXT General Manager and The Rock’s daughter, Ava, was seen with NXT talent Tatyanna Dumas at the red carpet of her father’s movie, The Smashing Machine, back in October. They opened a joint Instagram account the same month and have been posting about their personal lives.
Now, Ava has made her relationship with Tatyanna Dumas official on her personal Instagram account. She reposted a reel in her story showing her and Dumas’ recent adventures.
“Crying, screaming, throwing up. I am so lucky,” Ava wrote.
Ava made her televised WWE debut as part of the Schism in NXT back in 2022. She competed in a few matches in 2023 before she became the on-screen General Manager of the brand the following year. Tatyanna Dumas found her way into WWE as part of LFG in February 2025.
The Rock Got Emotional Over Ava Carving Her Own Path In Wrestling
During a recent interview with MTV UK, The Rock became emotional talking about how proud he is of his daughter Ava.
“Oh man, I’m so proud of her. I got it, I’m gonna lock it in. I’m so proud of her because it’s what I did and I love what I did. I love wrestling, I grew up in wrestling. She was born into it too, just like I was. And she said, ‘Hey, I wanna do what you do.’ But the difference is—it’s why I get emotional—[Ava says] I wanna do what you do, but I want to carve my own path.
“That’s the difference and that was a big deal when I heard that. Because it’s easy, I think, for any kid who wants to come up and do what their parents are doing. Maybe it’s not overt, but to utilize the influence. I’m telling you, it never happened. I never got that call like, ‘Hey, can you call…’ someone, and that’s the truth. And that’s the thing that makes me proud,” The Rock said.
